This started when I helped a friend in recruitment reclaim hours of her week through one simple automation. She wasn’t lacking technical skill; she was just focused on running her business and didn’t know these tools existed.
That lightbulb moment led to Flowtrica.
I’ve since taken the same mindset I used in scientific environments, where accuracy, consistency, and efficiency matter and applied it to business processes. Whether it’s connecting disconnected tools, preventing missed leads, or eliminating the copy-paste chaos, my job is to design quietly exceptional systems that support real teams doing real work.

I’ve always believed that “working fine” doesn’t mean “working well.” Like when I modified a 40-year-old VW T3 campervan to give it power steering, not because it was broken, but because it could be better (and because my wife deserved the chance to actually enjoy driving it).
